X Factor 2015 UK-List of songs which will be performed on the first live show

Hey guys! Here are some important updates about The X Factor UK:

  1. There will be 13 contestants on the live shows. Monica Michael is this year’s wildcard.
  2. Peter Dickson, the voice of X Factor has been convinced out of retirement by ITV bosses. The fans also had an important say in his decision to come back.
  3. The theme for this week is “This Is Me” and the idea behind it is to allow viewers to find out more about the acts.

Here’s a playlist with the tunes (the original versions, with one exception) which will be performed on the first live show, tonight at 8 pm on ITV.

Who do you support? I like a lot of acts this year, but I hope 4th Impact, Louisa Johnson, Anton Stephans and Max Stone will do well.

Writing’s On The Wall -from Spectre (LIVE)

On my birthday (23.10.2015) Sam Smith was a guest on The Graham Norton show, where he performed his latest tune, Writing’s On The Wall, the soundtrack of the new James Bond movie, Spectre.

I will be reviewing the film soon…so watch this space.

Until then let’s see Sam’s performance:

What did you think of it? I believe this is a difficult song to sing and he did quite a good job considering he had a throat surgery not so long ago…

Song of the day: Hello (Paul Damixie remix)

Hey guys…unless you lived under a rock you haven’t heard Hello, the new song of Adele. This tune is breaking record after record and I reckon it could become the song  of the year.

I’m gonna present to you tonight an awesome remix made by a talented Romanian DJ, called Paul Damixie (I’m so proud). Listen to his remix below:

This remix has also been noticed by brands like Capital FM, Capital Xtra and Buzzfeed.

So what do you think about Paul’s remix?

Movie review: The gift

Good afternoon. Last night I watched a very interesting thriller(not a horror) called The Gift.

The main actors are Jason Bateman, Rebecca Hall and Joel Edgerton.

Simon (Jason Bateman) and Robyn (Rebecca Hall) are a young married couple who live a normal life until they randomly meet an acquaintance from Simon’s high school, a guy named Gordo.

After a series of uninvited encounters and mysterious gifts from Gordo, a terrible secret from the past is uncovered after more than 20 years.

As Robyn finds out the real story about what happened between Simon and Gordo, she starts to wonder how well do we really know the people close to us?

This movie is well thought and it keeps the suspense until the end. The acting is high class.

To be honest, I was surprised to see Bateman in such a movie as he stars mostly in comedies. Edgerton as Gordo was brilliant.

I definitely recommend this movie and even people on IMDB gave this title 7.4.

Here’s a trailer for The Gift :

Premiere: Adele’s new song

Adele is back after a long break (3 years, can you believe it?) and just dropped a video for Hello, one of the tracks that are going to be on her album 25,out November 20.

A lot of people went crazy when they heard a preview of her song last week on a TV ad during The X Factor.

Let’s see the official video for Hello

What do you think? Can Adele repeat the success she had in the past?
