Hello guys ! Hope you’re having a good Saturday !
Unfortunately, here in London it is rainy and windy!
Let’s make things better with some good music. Listen to this fabulous cover done by Charlie Puth of the How deep is your love song, originally performed by Calvin Harris. It all went down on BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge.
See the performance here:
Hey lovelies. Sorry for my absence on my blog yesterday. Been a busy day.
Anyway, I’ve got for you tonight a gorgeous Live version of Ellie Goulding’s latest hit ‘On My Mind’.
Although this past weekend the song sounded quite awful on The X Factor UK, the version I’m going to show you aired on BBC Radio 1 in their famous Radio 1 Live Lounge and in my opinion is just perfect.
Have a look and tell me what you think (the song starts at 0:54)
Taylor Swift is one of the biggest names in the pop music at the moment. She has a huge fan base, record sales on her album 1989 and she brings guest stars in her worldwide tour.
I am a fan of her music as her songs sound awesome, people can easily relate to he lyrics she sings and she is also a modest person.
She is way too cool for the music industry !
Anyway, this post is about a cover of Taylor’s “Wildest Dreams” performed by Ella Henderson (a former X Factor contestant, who is now a successful singer) and Kygo (a Norwegian DJ, quite popular at the moment)
They sang the cover on the the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge. Watch their performance below:
What do you think about this cover? I like it a lot 🙂
So…this is my first post. I hope you will be patient with me. And loyal :)I am going to start a category on my blog called: Didn’t know how good of a singer you are. It’s all about those music stars that have a controversial image in the media, but they turn out to be good singers. Today this category hosts Selena Gomez. *She’s an actress and a singer. And Justin Bieber’s ex girlfriend. She’s loved and hated by millions of people. She has 33.2 million followers on Twitter and about 58 million likes on Facebook. And she’s only 23 years old. Quite impressive if you ask me.
Anyway let’s skip to the good bit (as Rizzle Kicks would say) and listen to Selena sing her tune Good for you on BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge (the song starts at 1:23)
I believe that kind of song is quite hard to sing and make it sound almost as good as the recorded version, so she did a good job. How would you rate her performance?
