Song of the day: Tiring Game

John Newman is an English singer. His biggest track up to date is Love Me Again which has peaked at number one on the UK Singles Chart . He also collaborated with Rudimental on Feel The Love (another number one) and with Calvin Harris for the track Blame. As of February 2014, Newman has sold over 1.3 million records in the UK alone.

The genres covered by John Newman are: Soul, Pop, Breakbeat, Northern Soul.

I was lucky enough to see him on a concert in London, where he was a supporting act for Taylor Swift on her 1989 gig. He is an amazing vocalist and a great dancer, I might add. Watching his performance on that fine June day, a song of his got stuck in my head (later I found out that is called Tiring game). I really liked the instrumentals and his voice just adds value to the song.

For me it’s a feel good song. It invites you to dance.

Check out the official video for Tiring game (featuring Charlie Wilson) below and if you liked my post share it with your friends (Sharing is caring)

A beautiful cover of Wildest Dreams (originally performed by Taylor Swift)

Taylor Swift is one of the biggest names in the pop music at the moment. She has a huge fan base, record sales on her album 1989 and she brings guest stars in her worldwide tour.

I am a fan of her music as her songs sound awesome, people can easily relate to he lyrics she sings and she is also a modest person.

She is way too cool for the music industry !

Anyway, this post is about a cover of Taylor’s “Wildest Dreams” performed by Ella Henderson (a former X Factor contestant, who is now a successful singer) and Kygo (a Norwegian DJ, quite popular at the moment)

They sang the cover on the the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge. Watch their performance below:

What do you think about this cover? I like it a lot 🙂

Brand new video : Sam Smith – Writing’s On The Wall (from Spectre)

He has a killer voice. It’s quite impossible not to like his tunes.

I’m talking about Sam Smith, of course. His last tune, Writing’s On The Wall, featured in the brand new Bond movie, Spectre, has received controversial comments: some people love it, some people say it’s the worst Bond song ever.

In the meantime, Sam just launched the official video for one of his biggest songs so far.

Song of the day: Want to want me

Hey guys. Sorry I’ve been quiet today. It was a busy day for me and hadn’t had access to a computer to write for you guys.

Anyway, I would like to create a new category on my blog called Song of the day.

The tune I want to present to you in this post is called Want To Want Me by Jason Derulo. I know some of you might know it as Jason is a really popular artist, but I just discovered this song recently.

I like the lyrics, the instrumentals and his voice. All blend in nicely.

Oh and the video is really hot ! The girl featured in the clip is gorgeous and I must admit…I’m jealous on Jason Derulo’s dance moves.

Si Ingerii Au Demonii Lor !

Salut si welcome back to my blog 🙂 Azi am facut clipuri …amuzante, sper eu.

Primul pe care vi-l prezint este despre o melodie in voga in Romania : Si Ingerii Au Demonii Lor interpretata de Dan Bittman. Aceasta melodie suna foarte bine. Ce se intampla cand se mai adauga inca o voce superba?

Va spun eu: devine hit INTERNATIONAL. Nu ma credeti? Aruncati o privire:

And now for my english readers:

Hello and welcome back to my blog 🙂 Today I recorded some funny videos…at least I hope you’ll consider them funny.

The first that I am going to show you is about a really popular song in Romania right now : Si Ingerii Au Demonii Lor (in English the translation would be The Angels have their demons too). This song sounds awesome.  What happens though when you add another great voice?

I’ll tell you: it becomes an INTERNATIONAL hit. You don’t believe me? Just have a look.
